Hi, I’m Sheri Rosenthal – retreat strategist, speaker, author, and (once upon a time) podiatric surgeon.
After 18 years of running a successful medical practice, I realized I was spending more time in fluorescent-lit exam rooms than actually living my life. So in 1998, I hung up my white coat, sold my practice, and set off to design a business (and a life) that lit me up.
That decision changed everything.
I went on to study with – and then manage retreats for – don Miguel Ruiz, the beloved author of The Four Agreements. His teachings cracked me open, and the power of retreats to create deep personal transformation? That hooked me for life.
In 2003, I launched Journeys of the Spirit®, a boutique travel agency focused on transformational travel and soulful destination retreats. Since then, we’ve planned and managed over 1,000 retreats (yep, seriously!).
But here’s what I noticed: as retreat leaders, we’re amazing at guiding others to heal and grow – but often not so amazing at pricing, marketing, or legally protecting our retreats.
So in 2014, I founded Wanderlust Entrepreneur, where I’ve since helped over 25,000 passionate humans (coaches, healers, creatives, and changemakers like you) confidently design, price, promote, and profit from their retreats – without burnout or second-guessing.
