And YES! You can bring your partner – it goes without saying that this rate is for the Club Med resort package only – they CANNOT attend any of the EVENT activities and classes, ceremonies, etc. Of course they will have full access to any of the Club Med activities we have listed, all meals and snacks, internet, and unlimited drinks.

Got kids??? YES you can bring them too. Club Med is known for their Kid’s Club (ages 4-17) which is amazing. Basically they can be there all day and you don’t even have to see them – if you don’t want to. LOL!

Pricing if you are bringing ONE child with you and they are staying in your room:

Ages 0-3 Free plus a $30 USD one-time Club Med Membership fee
Ages 4-11 $90 USD per night plus a $30 USD one-time Club Med Membership fee
Ages 12-15 $144 USD per night plus a $30 USD one-time Club Med Membership fee

If you want to bring more than one child you are going to need a bigger room than the ones we have reserved in our room block. In that case there will be an upcharge for a larger room and the pricing in that room would be:

Ages 4-11 would be 50% of that room price. 
Ages 12-15 will be 80% of that room price 

If you tell us how many children you are bringing we can suggest a room type and from there we can figure out the upcharge as well as the pricing for kids.

To join us:

• Choose your room type, then place your deposit of $500 USD below for each person registering.
• 50% of your balance is due January 1st, 2020
• The balance is due in full April 1st, 2020

If you prefer custom payment plan we can do so – however, you must be paid in full before departure! Simply place your deposit of $500 USD deposit below to hold your spot. If we cannot match you with a roommate we will switch you to a single occupancy room, however if you sign up early you will most likely get your choice.

After December 1st, 2019, any cancellation will result in a total loss of your $500 USD deposit. Any cancellation made between: January 1st, 2020 and March 31st, 2020 will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price. Any cancellation made between: April 1st, 2020 and the trip departure will result in a total loss of funds. Should you have to cancel your attendance, you must advise us at: awesomeness@wanderlustentrepreneur.com and receive a written response back from Mel our office manager. 

We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if we do so, your funds are refunded in full). Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans. You can use our suggested Travel Guard Insurance online and choose from several policy options.
