The Dreaming House includes a varied collection of colorful and comfortable rooms, each one uniquely designed with original Mexican works of art. You have a choice of single, double, or triple occupancy.
Double Occupancy: Included in the price
Limited Singles: $300 supplement
Limited Triples: $200 discount
Roommates
We will do our best to pair you with another participant looking for a roommate. However, if we’re unable to find a match:
- Your double room will be treated a single, and a single occupancy supplement will be added to your retreat fee.
- Your triple room will be treated as a double, and the discount will be removed, adding the difference to your retreat fee.
Note: If the Dreaming House fills up, additional single-occupancy guests will be housed in Villa Las Campanas, very close to the Dreaming House. Signing up early helps to ensure your choice of rooms.
Trip Minimum
- If the trip does not meet the minimum required number of participants, we reserve the right to cancel. In this case, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.
- If we determine that this retreat is not the right fit for you, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation. In this case, all payments will be fully refunded.
- In the event of currency exchange fluctuations exceeding 5%, the total trip price may be subject to change.

Cancellation Policy
- The $500 USD retainer is non-refundable under all circumstances.
- Cancellations made between July 16th and August 15th will result in a 50% loss of the total trip price.
- Cancellations made on or after August 16th will result in a 100% loss of funds (no refunds).
We strongly recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance to protect your investment. Our suggested provider, Travel Guard Insurance, offers various coverage options.

Your Flights
Please book your flight to arrive at the Benito Juárez International Airport in Mexico City (MEX) on September 28th before 3:00 pm, and to depart on October 4th after 3:00 pm.
Group transportation will be provided for you to and from the retreat center if you are there at the appointed times. See the Ground Transportation section.
The retreat begins in the afternoon of the 28th, so make sure to schedule your flight accordingly. If at all possible, don’t miss the creation of our sacred space on the evening of the 28th. We will be closing this space on the morning of the 4th, so do plan to stay for the entire experience we have prepared for you.
If you want to come earlier or stay later at the Dreaming House, please let us know and we will coordinate your stay.
Your Airport Transportation
Transportation will be provided for you to and from the retreat center on Sept 28th and Oct 4th as long as you arrive at the designated times.
Our group transport to Teotihuacan will leave the airport around 4 pm on September 28th, so please make sure your flight arrives no later than 3 pm.
After the retreat closes on October 4th, our group transport will leave for the airport around 11 am. This means your flight needs to depart no earlier than 3 pm.
If your flights are on other dates and times, airport transportation is at your own expense, but we are happy to help arrange it. A taxi ride is approximately $75 for regular hours. For rides very early in the morning or very late at night, the fee is $90-$100. Uber is available and works well if you’re comfortable with that.
Our host at the Dreaming House will be arranging the transport, so please make sure to provide us with all your travel details at least two weeks before departure (preferably much earlier), so we can set it up accordingly.
COVID-19 Information
Your safety is very important to us!
We will adhere to all COVID-19 travel requirements at the time of travel and will keep you informed of any updates.
There are no requirements for vaccination or masks on this retreat at the time of this writing (February 2023), but you’re always welcome to wear a mask if you like. We will be providing N-95 masks and will also have some rapid Covid tests on hand if needed.
If you’re concerned about rooming with someone who has made a different vaccination choice than you, please let us know your needs in the pre-event forms and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
The Dreaming House routinely complies with any new health and sanitary requirements. Please inquire for specifics if you’d like to know more. Also keep in mind that we don’t give refunds if you have to cancel, which makes it all the more important that your travel insurance includes Covid-related cancellations.
