Cashing in on Your Retreat Long After It’s Over!
STEP ONE: Voilà – watch today’s video 🙂
STEP TWO: Have a friend that would love this video training series too? Awesome! Pass this page along to them so they can sign up here =>
STEP THREE: Post your answer to today’s challenge below: What programs or services can you offer so that your clients can work with you after your retreat?
I’m a fitness and nutrition coach so after the retreat I would like to offer my coaching programs with the participants and hopefully have them join my membership. It’s such a rewarding feeling that I’m making a difference in someone’s life . And really I would love to help women from around the world .
Good thinking Janice – that’s the whole idea!! 🙂
Run workshops post retreat… One to one’s to discuss ironing out integration of knowledge gained during the retreat. These could be booked in advance as a package deal???
You could offer it in advance – either way is fine Raewyn. 🙂
I have a coaching program already! Teaching couples confidence, communication and connection
I agree Raewyn Yee, I was thinking along the same lines of a series of one-to-one’s to follow up the process. (I love these videos by the way, SO helpful. Thank you so much. xx
Yes, Chrissie, one-on-ones are awesome ways of engaging your clients! So glad you’re enjoying the videos!
I am currently taking classes to be a Health Coach. I would be able to continue with this.
Exactly, Dee! As a health coach, you’ll have a wealth of ongoing education to share with your clients after the retreat!
I’ll offer a followup BootCamp so they can write their book (fastest way to media attention) and I’ll also offer a BootCamp on How to Get Corporate Sponsors by using their book.
Great ideas, Shell! And as time goes by, I’m sure even more possibilities will come to you!
I like your ideas. Please put me on your list so I might sign up for your retreat.
Well, I host monthly events so the ones in town can just come along to them, but for the others that live further away I could offer them my free online monthly class and then later point them towards my online course. Is this what you have in mind ?
Yes Dionne – that would be a good start for a retreat business ascension model. The world is your oyster when you market both online and locally!
I’ll be offering:
?Feng Shui consultations for clients’ homes (I will be teaching some aspects of this during retreat)
?Private life/biz coaching
?Angel Readings which could include a 12 mo forecast
?Online Feng Shui course if I complete it before then
Sounds like you’ve got your bases covered, Kim! Best of luck to you!
Great question! I think I need to have a series of follow up sessions eg 1:1, group calls, 90 Day plan embedding etc
Sounds good Sharon – at least you are getting some ideas now! Awesome!
I have been wanting to do a version of “The Girlfriends Guide” to experiencing Italy off the beaten path. I want to include Italian fashions, perfume making, experiencing lesser known villages, wine tasting, etc. But after listening to today’s video, it seems like I would be more of a tour guide than a Retreat operator. Correct?
I’m just not sure where to turn now for advice … :/
It really depends on WHO the ideal client is in your business and how you want to serve them. Certainly girlfriend trips are nice – but if you focus on what their top problems are you will sell better even if there top problem is not wanting to travel alone. More on the webinar…..
I hold weekly Circles, workshops, and private coaching that would be offered after the retreat. Also speaking engagements would be nice.
Focusing on how you can best serve and support your tribe will have you coming up with the best post-retreat suggestions. 🙂
I would have some ideas for: massage therapist would want to follow up on classes to take learned from the countries visited
Id have a help a orphanage plan if they feel they’d like to continue having impact
on helping orphans
of the countires
visited.
Have meditation classes as a follow thru post retreat program.
Focus in on what your people will want and need after your retreat and that will help you get good ideas Perlita!
I’m thinking a private Facebook group for retreat members as well as a few private coaching sessions, additional sessions could then be purchased.
Will that support your tribe in the deepest way post retreat Shannon? Keep dreaming into this and lets see what you come up with! <3
For my songwriting groups I could offer on- line group critiques of their songs ( small group so they could hear/ comment on each other’s songs) for a period after the retreat. For those looking to achieve a dream career, hobby, experience relationship etc…I could offer in- depth personal or small group coaching of the 5 step plan taught at the retreat.
Excellent ideas for post-retreat offerings, Julie!
Gratitude Sheri, really enjoying these educational workshops. I’m an Ascension/Conscious Lifestyle Coach, Detoxification Specialist, and Plant-Based Raw Food Cuisine Coach. As part of my Post Retreat Support I will offer raw food recipes. nutritional education, natural therapies that can be implemented at home and recipes on how to make home cleaning and body care products.
Great ways to support your folks after the retreat, Jay! By then, they’ll be literally and figuratively hungering for all this and more! 🙂
1. A thank you High Five ck in
How it’s going in a participants works
2. One on one 2-4 months stepping beyond the Fish Bowl Retreat and how to shift your world NOW to dream awake.
3. Monthly cheerleading those still with me and offer discounts on other Rites of Passage, on line course that apply to their lives reflect the changes
4. One on one fingerprint soul purpose reading to hit the reason they incarnated and hears the call to attend the Retreat. More personalized facts etched in those digits.
Great ideas for ongoing support, Sweet Medicine Nation! You’re so right: after the retreat it’s all about how to embody their newfound wisdom in the wider world of their daily life!
I run a Fun retreat in Mexico where we do mostly Zumba with some yoga. It’s not really transformative but more fun and social.
How would I follow up on a retreat like this. I have done an after retreat survey and a casual get together a month or so after we are home, but I don’t have any other ideas.
I could offer retreat participants free information evenings for new products that I have made, giving them first access to buy them plus they can learn a lot about healthy ageing, healthy brain and healthy body from courses I can run online or actual,
Hilary this is good – make sure that if you have a post-retreat program that you make income on it AND support your participants in exactly what they need to keep moving forward.
Denise offering something after a retreat to support folks is important for your participants and it also adds extra income to your bottom line. I’ll be talking more about that on the webinar too. Glad to see you thinking about this!!
After watching this I need an online presence to offer a free program such as what you are doing. The field is Contemporary Mysticism. I could offer a weekly online update that addresses the issues that may arise and we could have q & A to help design the program to specific needs.
Glad to see you dreaming up options and ideas – as you keep focusing your attention on this – the answers will become clearer for sure!
I love reading all these great ideas! Sheri, I am one of those entering the travel advisor business, and as your videos have continued, I’ve realized I need to get very specific about what to offer on my retreats, and afterwards.
I really like the idea of offering one-to-one’s afterward using Zoom, and targeted homework to really instill what the retreat participants learned, so it truly integrates into their consciousness and thereby transforming their lives. I know myself, I’ve been going through a huge life transition the past 4 years and am looking for a new career (purpose) which I think this is it. Perhaps this can be the basis of my retreats? Mixing in yoga, meditation, etc. Is that plausible?
Yes Jennifer that is absolutely possible angel! Really flesh your concept out – that way you yourself are 100% on who you want to work with and HOW! 🙂
more emphasis on stretching. Different ways of eating healthly, time management to create balance to including a workout routine
Nice Penny – thanks for posting and sharing with us!
