Package includes unlimited 1:1 support to answer your questions and plan the retreat of your dreams via email or by phone. You’ll have the added benefit of unlimited follow-up emails to guarantee that you and your participants are good to go!
ULTIMATE RETREAT LEADER PACKAGE PRICING
- Initial planning investment: $980 USD, non-refundable.
- Retreat booking deposit: $950 USD, non-refundable.
- Once the retreat goes ahead, the booking deposit is returned to the retreat leader.
- If the retreat is canceled by the retreat leader, the booking deposit may be applied toward a future retreat but remains non-refundable.
- Departure-date service fee: $490 per person, included in the quoted participant trip cost and not paid separately by the retreat leader.
- If there are fewer than 4 travelers, the fee for 4 travelers applies.
- If the retreat is canceled by the retreat leader, the departure-date per-person service fee is not charged.
Peace of Mind Retreat Leader Package

When Journeys of the Spirit® collects the travel-related funds for your trip, JOTS® acts as the Seller of Travel for those covered travel services.
Trip Cancellation Insurance and Medical Insurance Coverage
- Help participants access trip cancellation and medical insurance options for their travel, with coordination support from Journeys of the Spirit®.
The Details:
Package includes 1:1 support to familiarize us with your trip and answer any questions via email. You’ll have the added benefit of unlimited emails support throughout the process of working and managing your trip.
PEACE OF MIND PACKAGE PRICING
- Initial setup investment: $980 USD, non-refundable. Once this amount is received we will set everything up for your retreat so that we can start collecting payments and prepare to make payments to the venues you have contracted. We will need a list from you with the payment schedules to the service providers and we will connect with them on behalf of you once you have provided this information.
- Retreat payment / registration deposit: $950 USD, non-refundable.
- Once the retreat goes ahead, the deposit is returned to the retreat leader.
- If the retreat is canceled by the retreat leader, the deposit may be applied toward a future retreat but remains non-refundable.
- Standard service fee: $450 per person, including facilitators, built into the total participant trip cost.
- If there are fewer than 4 travelers, the fee for 4 travelers applies.
- For retreats of 3 nights or less, the service fee is $390 per person, including facilitators.
The Perfect Itinerary
Retreat Leaders: Do you want to save time, energy and headaches trying to create an itinerary? Then let us create a custom retreat itinerary for you.
This service includes:
A custom itinerary created for your retreat vision, destination, budget, and participant experience.
- Save hours of researching online to find the perfect destination, accommodations, tours, guides and all other travel-related services.
- One full hour of 1:1 support to familiarize me with your trip and answer any questions via Zoom or phone. During this time you and I will discuss different options and hone in on the destination and services that are just right for you. All follow up communication will be done by email until the itinerary is approved by you. You’ll also have the added benefit of an additional hour of consultation time if needed.
- If you decide to use my services for either my “Ultimate Retreat Leader Package” or my “Peace of Mind Package,” I will apply the payment you make for this service towards either of those two other packages’ initial fee as long as the itinerary which was created, is used for the group journey or retreat.
- If you would like to create two or more itineraries to compare several destinations, I’ll be happy to do so for a discounted rate of $475 for any additional itinerary created by me.

When a retreat leader collects payments for accommodations, transportation, tours, food, or other travel-related services from retreat participants, Seller of Travel laws or travel-provider regulations may apply depending on the location of the business, the destination, the services being sold, and the jurisdictions involved.
When Journeys of the Spirit® collects the travel-related funds and manages the covered travel services, JOTS® acts as the Seller of Travel for those services.
- We are a licensed tour operator in all the states that have special requirements: Florida, Washington, California, and Hawaii.
- We can help your trip participants get trip cancellation insurance.
- We have been members of the Better Business Bureau online since 3/2008 with an A+ rating and no complaints.
